2. Terms and Conditions of Use
Access to and navigation of the www.rougebunnyrouge.com website (hereinafter, the "Site") by users (hereinafter, the "Users") are governed by these legal terms and conditions. By browsing the Site, you fully accept these terms.
The sole purpose of the Site is to present Rouge Bunny Rouge brand products, their products and the list of authorized points of sale. It should be noted that this Site is not an e-commerce platform. Therefore, it is not possible to conclude purchase contracts, place orders or make payments for the products presented.
3. Product Information and Price Indication
The information and images relating to Rouge Bunny Rouge brand products on the Site are provided for illustrative and promotional purposes only.
The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, has a merely indicative value and normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, on the part of RBR Cosmetics, as to the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the real Product; and this, with particular regard to its actual dimensions and/or the chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packaging. RBR COSMETICS S.R.L. undertakes to ensure that the information published on the Site is, as far as possible, accurate and up-to-date. All trademarks (registered and unregistered), as well as any and all intellectual works, distinctive signs or names, images, photographs, written or graphic texts and more generally any other intangible asset protected by the laws and international conventions on intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of RBR COSMETICS S.R.L., without the User deriving any right over the same from access to the Site and/or its consultation. Any use, even partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written authorization of RBR COSMETICS S.R.L., in favor of which all related rights are reserved, exclusively.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Information and the relations between RBR COSMETICS S.R.L. and the Users of the Site are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution or validity of these terms and conditions, the Court of Milan (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
