HOW TO CREATE THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE STARS LOOK

Our look "Journey Through The Stars" is presented by Felicity and was created by the brilliant make-up artist Lucia Pica for Rouge Bunny Rouge. It captures all the sparkling stars in our glistening eye make-up to get you ready for the festive season. Luminous skin with slightly rose-flushed cheeks and lips are the base for Felicity's precious lavender eyes, and for one of the most enchanting looks of the year.
Face
Anoint yourself with our Aqua Primer after your usual cleansing routine, to hold foundation and other tinted complexion products and help to prevent colour changes. Also apply to the eyelids and lips as a base, to give even longer lasting wear.
If necessary, place our Glide Concealer directly on specific or wider areas and blend with your fingertips or our Concealer Brush (# 004) to cover any imperfections. If you need to cover a bit more it's always better to apply one layer at a time and build up gentle coverage.
Smooth our Liquid Foundation (we used 'Coconut Milk Parfait') over your entire face using our Foundation Brush (# 009) starting at the centre, blending to the outside. Use light up-and-down strokes to give a natural look with a flawless complexion.
Buff Flawless Face Powder (e.g. 'Piano') with RBR's Powder Brush (# 001) all over for ultimate comfort, perfect adherence, smoothness and an even finish.
Enliven your skin with a milky opalescence, super-fine pink luminous effect using our multipurpose Highlighting Liquid 'Sea of Tranquillity' high on your cheekbones. You can also dab a hint of 'Sea of Tranquillity' on to the bridge of your nose, above your eyebrows, into your cupid's bow and your chin for a more intense effect. Use your fingertips for careful and gentle results.
We added hues of our soft rose-petal pink Blush Wand 'Vermeer' to the cheeks for a light, healthy complexion and to complete the alluring goddess-like look for your special time of the year. Take a small amount with your fingers and apply slightly to the apples of your cheeks. For a more intense colour release, use the wand directly on your skin and blend outwards over the cheekbones towards your temples.
Eyes
"Journey Through The Stars" is all about rich, shimmering purple shades which are expertly blended to make a surprisingly vibrant but elegant evening make-up look.
Dust the iridescent, light-nude mauve 'Wishing for Wings' Loose Glitter Pigment all over your eyelids from the lash line up to the eyebrows, and along the lower lash line. Use the included sponge applicator and your fingertips to blend, or our Large Shader (# 003) for the eyelids and Mini Shader (# 005) for the lower lash line.
Dip your fingertips or the Large Shader (# 003) into our Long-lasting Eye Shadow 'Capricious Nightingale' and dab it over the movable eyelid up to the crease to add a silver-white, cherry-blossom pink. Use the same colour to frame your eyes with the Mini Shader (# 005) at the lower lash line, too.
'Delicate Hummingbird' gives the sugar-frosted plum colour while 'Vivacious Maguari' is the perfect, pure sterling-silver addition for the crease and to highlight the inner corners of the eyes. With the same brushes, sweep the cool, dusky 'Delicate Hummingbird' around your eyes up to the crease and blend the colour towards the outer edges. Next, place 'Vivacious Maguari' into the crease and highlight the inner corners of your eyes with the same colour. Blending is everything as it makes sure that the colours merge, so diffuse any hard lines using RBR's Crease Brush (# 011).
Line your upper and lower lash lines with our semi-matt aubergine Eye Khol 'Delilah' and blend with RBR's Applicator (# 015) for a smokier, smouldering appearance.
Apply our rich, mid-lavender Quartz Eyeliner 'Amethyst Essence', starting at the inner corner of your upper lash line, by sweeping the included sponge applicator along your lashes.
Groomed brows give your face the perfect frame and can easily be achieved with our crystal clear Eye Gloss 'Angel's Play' which also gives a dewy, freshly shimmering finish. Use a spare amount, applied directly to your brows with the included brush, and shape them with our Brows & Lashes Brush (# 007) to hold the brows in place.
For big, round, lush eyes and to add definition we recommend two coats of our deep black Modelling Mascara 'Midnight'. Give your lashes the right direction by pushing them outwards and upwards with the brush, starting from the roots.
Lips
Get naturally toned lips with carefully smudged Glassy Gloss 'Fleur Parfait'. For a very soft appearance, take a small amount out of the flacon and use your fingertips to bestow your lips with a veil of mauve-pink.
